Workshop of the PhD students in december

The doctoral workshop in December initially focused on the topic of time management and planning techniques for the thesis. The PhD students reflected on their approach to planning, time and goal setting and were then able to develop methods and strategies for process planning for their doctoral projects.

Former Verbund.NRW PhD student Franziska Struck reported on her project on evaluating the resource efficiency of buildings and was then available for questions and a discussion round.

The lecture by Professor Mähner from the Institutsbereich unterirdisches Bauen at Münster University of Applied Sciences focused on the special features of water-impermeable composite structures.

The workshop was held digitally on December 8 and 9, but was originally planned to be held at the Department of Civil Engineering at Münster University of Applied Sciences.
